Investment Banker

Responsibilities • Drive the execution and origination of M&A in Southeast Asia • Lead M&A mandate execution, including project management, marketing materials, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders • Support M&A mandate origination by organizing marketing efforts and preparing marketing materials Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of Investment Banking experience within Southeast Asia • Minimum of 5 years of track record in M&A transactions • Fluent English required • Fluency in Vietnamese, Thai, or Bahasa preferred for client financial modeling • Advanced financial modeling and financial analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good presentation skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in M&A execution and origination within Southeast Asia, with advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
