We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help expand WorkPro, our flagship operations platform deployed across multiple client environments. You'll work in a small, senior team, own services end-to-end across the stack, and help shape the technical direction of a system used daily by real operational teams.

This role is perfect for an experienced full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex workflow problems, building reliable APIs, and working across modern and legacy systems.

What You'll Do

Backend & Integrations Build and maintain REST APIs using Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/FastAPI), . NET (C#/), Golang, or comparable frameworks, powering dispatch, service orders, billing, and asset workflows. Design relational schemas, migrations, and high-performance queries against SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Develop integrations with enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365, Coupa, Trackunit, Power Automate/Logic Apps). Maintain and modernize legacy backend code (Java/J2EE and similar stacks) while delivering new services in whichever language best fits the module. Docume
