What You'll Do Own the full product lifecycle for your area end-to-end - discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes, and post-launch learning. Act as our customers’ partner on the inside - spend real time with customers and advocate for their needs in every prioritization decision. Make decisions based on evidence you’ve constructed yourself to deliver real, measurable outcomes. Design and ship AI-powered capabilities to move fast and at scale. Partner closely with GTM, KYC, Compliance, and Risk teams – become fluent enough in their world to collaborate effectively, and drive initiatives responsibly. Communicate decisions clearly and proactively. Stakeholders should always know what the team is doing and why - without needing to ask. Leverage AI tools to raise the bar on how the team works - accelerate research, synthesis, and execution, while you do the thinking.
