Israel, Glilot Hybrid Full-time We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Services team. In this role, you will design, build, and operate scalable platforms and infrastructure across a hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud environment, enabling engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services efficiently, securely, and reliably. You will work in a complex, large-scale production environment that combines on-prem infrastructure with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, and AI-driven technologies. What you'll do: Design, build, and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises platforms, AWS, GCP, and multi-cloud architecture Operate and scale Kubernetes-based containerized production environments Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD Drive platform engineering initiatives — developer self-service portals, internal tooling, and golden paths Establish and improve observability and reliability practices using Promet
