Role Summary Payoneer's Business Application & Ecosystem domain builds the financial platform that powers how over a million businesses around the world get paid, hold money, and move it - payments, cards, digital wallets, pricing, and a growing set of new products like Stablecoin. It's a large, fast-moving domain, that is also going through major platform modernization. We're looking for a Domain Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of this domain - the person who turns strategy into predictable, well-run execution. You'll partner closely with the Domain Head to plan, track, and communicate everything the domain delivers, while working across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams. What you'll do: Planning & roadmap : Support and facilitate the domain's quarterly and annual planning process, and make sure the roadmap stays clear and on track from idea to delivery Managing dependencies across teams: Spot where this domain's work depends on other teams, and drive those issues to resolution before they cause delays Advancing toward AI-Native : Help drive the domain's shift to AI-nat
