Hong Kong | Full Time | On-site What you will do Payroll Operations Process and analyze payroll and related compensation in a timely and accurate manner, working with internal and external stakeholders, such as outsourced payroll vendors, covering Asia Pacific (APAC) region Support global equities team in relation to local filing and reporting needs across Asia Pacific Manage and resolve employee inquiries relating to payroll matters Establish procedures and policies for payroll and related compensation, collaborating with HR and Finance teams, across APAC and US head office Ideate and drive improvements by constantly challenging existing models, with the goal to positively transform payroll process and experience for employees Corporate payments Process payment requests with relevant supporting documents and obtain proper approvals. Handle invoice settlements and expense reimbursements. Assisting relevant purchasing requestors and procurement team across APAC region if needed. Month end closing & financial analysis </
