Head - Domestic Marketing - Automotive

: - The Head of Sales will provide leadership over the sales department and will be responsible for developing the sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets. - Managing the P&L for India business and owning all plans and strategies for developing business - Preparing the sales plan, forecasts and KPI reporting - Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing - Candidate should have sound domain knowledge of Business development of Auto Ancillary / Component Industry and known contact within the industry - Proven experience in business development and sales of proprietary automotive components amongst automotive as well as Industrial Equipment OEMs. - Responsible for driving new business through key accounts and maintaining strong relationship with corporate clients. - Can play and effective role in Budgeting, Organic Business growth, Customer satisfaction and Product development of the Company. - Proven ability to have successfully developed new clients. - Candidate should have Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal and Leadership skills and should be able to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
