Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – Full Stack to build and ship customer-focused software solutions in a fast-moving technology environment. This role combines full-stack software engineering, customer collaboration, rapid prototyping, data workflows, and product development . You will translate customer needs into production features, integrations, dashboards, and technical solutions—often on tight timelines. Key Responsibilities • Build and ship production software across backend, frontend, and data workflows. • Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and solve problems quickly. • Develop custom features, integrations, dashboards, and customer-facing interfaces. • Build data pipelines and workflows tailored to customer requirements. • Shape and transform expert-generated data for specific customer use cases. • Develop tools and features for data collection and evaluation workflows. • Create rapid prototypes and iterate based on customer feedback. • Identify one-off customer solutions that should become reusable platform capabilities. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the core platform. • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Required Qualifications • 2–5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience. • Proven experience shipping production software in a fast-paced, high-growth environment . • Strong TypeScript and Python skills. • Full-stack development experience across backend services, data pipelines, and frontend applications. • Experience building scalable, production-quality software. • Experience translating customer requirements into working technical solutions. • Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field. • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in Flatiron, Manhattan, NYC . Preferred Qualifications • Experience working at both a large technology company and a high-growth startup. • Experience at a VC-backed technology company. • Founder experience with a VC-backed startup. • Experience with Go, AWS, Vercel, or Supabase . • Experience with AI/ML, evaluation systems, task design, or LLM-based applications. • Experience working directly with customers on technical implementations. Technology Environment TypeScript | Python | Go | AWS | Vercel | Supabase | Full-Stack Systems | Data Pipelines | APIs Compensation & Benefits • $200,000–$280,000 annual salary , based on experience and qualifications. • Competitive equity package. • Relocation support may be available. • Visa sponsorship may be available based on eligibility and business requirements. Work Environment This is a 5-day, on-site position in the Flatiron area of Manhattan, New York City. The role requires working closely with customers and internal engineering teams in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
