You will join a hands-on team and work on implementations and support of customers across a diverse range of industries with the responsibility for the design, build, testing, implementation and ongoing administration of security solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of primarily SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions for our clients.

Working closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT functions, you will translate business requirements into scalable and impactful recruitment technology outcomes. This is a client-facing consulting role that requires both strong functional expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SmartRecruiters and other Talent modules implementation and enhancement projects from discovery through to go-live. Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements. Configure SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practice.
