About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture & Advisory team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture across SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects.

You will work closely with customers, consultants, and project teams to ensure business processes, integrations, data, security, and platform capabilities are aligned with business objectives and architectural best practices.

This is a senior leadership role focused on solution architecture, governance, customer advisory, and delivery oversight rather than hands-on system configuration.

Responsibilities

Own and govern end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture across customer engagements. Lead architecture workshops, design discussions, and customer advisory sessions. Define solution design principles, architecture standards, and governance processes.

Ensure alignment across business processes, integrations, data, security, and reporting. Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and key design decisions. Support testing, deployment, and go-live readiness activities from an architecture perspective.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Solution Architecture practice.
