Technical Program Manager Important Note : Only candidates currently residing in Chennai will be considered for this position. Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage and coordinate software development programs, ensuring timely delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software development, program management, Jira, and Agile methodologies, along with SAFe certification. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage multiple software development programs from planning to delivery. - Coordinate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution. - Define program plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. - Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues. - Use Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and monitor program performance. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize deliverables. - Identify and mitigate program risks and resolve delivery challenges. - Prepare regular status reports and communicate program updates to stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement in program management and software development processes. Required Skills : - 8 - 10 years of experience in technical program management or software development. - Experience managing software development programs. - Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile project management methodologies. - Experience working with cross-functional engineering and product teams. - Good understanding of software development lifecycle and technical processes. - SAFe certification is mandatory. - Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. - Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
