Job Description
Role: NOC Engineer / Network Operations Center EngineerKey Responsibilities:Monitor network devices, servers, links, and services 24×7. Respond to network alerts and incidents. Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, packet loss, and device issues. Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN and VPN infrastructure.
Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams. Create and update incident/service tickets and follow SLA requirements. Coordinate with network, system, security, and vendor teams. Perform routine health checks and network maintenance.
Maintain incident records, network documentation, and reports. Support change-management and scheduled maintenance activities.
