Technical Product Manager

Role Overview : As a Tech Product Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the bridge between complex technical architecture and user-centric product strategy. Your day-to-day involves translating high-level business goals into actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing feature backlogs, and ensuring seamless execution within an Agile framework. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, while maintaining a direct line of communication with key stakeholders to align product vision with market demands. By driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, you will directly influence business growth, enhance user engagement, and deliver scalable solutions that solve real-world problems for our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities : - Define and own the product roadmap by analyzing market trends and user feedback to ensure the product remains competitive and delivers long-term value. - Lead Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions to facilitate efficient development cycles and ensure engineering teams are aligned with delivery timelines. - Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent updates on product progress, trade-offs, and strategic pivots to ensure organizational buy-in. - Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications to empower the engineering team to build high-quality features. - Monitor key performance indicators and product metrics to identify areas for optimization, ensuring that every release contributes to measurable business outcomes. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-launch retrospectives and incorporating data-driven insights into future product iterations. Required Skillset : - Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization and discovery to launch and post-market optimization, with 6 - 10 years of professional experience. - Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, with a track record of leading high-performing squads to deliver complex technical products on time. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership through data-backed storytelling and clear communication. - Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex datasets to inform product strategy and solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating high levels of self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed teams. - Academic background in Engineering or Management from a top-tier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in both technical and business domains.
