About the Role

As the Staff Product Manager for Bare Metal, you'll own the strategy and outcomes for a brand-new initiative at Crusoe: our bare metal offering, giving AI-native companies direct GPU and CPU access to power the world's most demanding training and inference workloads.

This is a role at the intersection of hardware and software, spanning compute, networking, observability, and management. You will be defining the problem space as much as solving it.

You should be genuinely comfortable operating in ambiguity, though you won't be doing it alone: you'll have support from senior leadership to help clean up open questions as the initiative takes shape. This role blends Product Management, Solutions Architecture and Process Design.
