Learn more about GovTech at tech.gov.sg. [About the role] As a Senior Product Manager in Healthcare Tech, you will lead the development of digital products that shape Singapore’s healthcare system. You will operate at the intersection of technology, policy, and product delivery, working closely with policymakers, engineers, designers, and operators to deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare professionals and the public. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, and who is motivated by delivering real-world impact. You will own products end to end, from defining problems to delivering and iterating on solutions, across healthcare policy domains such as healthcare regulation, financing, and services policy. [What you will be working on] • Own product outcomes end-to-end: Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and drive delivery to achieve measurable impact. • Lead cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, product ops, and policy stakeholders to ship high-quality products. • Translate policy intent into product strategy: Partner with MOH policymakers to operationalise complex policy goals into scalable digital solutions. • Navigate complex stakeholder environments: Align across agencies, leadership, and domain experts, balancing competing priorities and constraints. • Drive data-informed decision making: Use data, user research, and experimentation to inform prioritisation and continuously improve products. [What we are looking for] • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products. • Demonstrated leadership ability in driving cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority. • Proven ability to deliver outcomes , not just outputs—experience defining and achieving measurable product success metrics. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset , with the ability to translate insights into decisions. • Passion for public good and in the healthcare sector is a strong plus.
