Job Title: Head of Sales - Digital Sales Location: Gurugram Total Experience: 7 - 12 years Role Overview: Leading a digital-first commercial strategy for a premium FMCG snack brand. Responsible for driving sales P&L, revenue, and channel expansion across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, and General Trade. Key Responsibilities: - Digital & E-Commerce: Lead growth on Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and Flipkart. - Channel Growth: Drive Modern Trade, General Trade, Regional Accounts, and Institutional Sales. - Commercial Leadership: Manage P&L, JBPs, key account negotiations, and trade spend optimization. - Team Leadership: Build and mentor a national sales team while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Candidate Profile: - Education: Tier-1 MBA / Post-Graduate degree (Mandatory). - Experience: 7 - 12 years in FMCG sales with strong digital-first expertise. - Key Skills: Proven E-commerce/Quick Commerce experience (Mandatory), P&L ownership, and exposure to offline trade channels.
