ServiceNow Developer Location : Delhi NCR Work Mode : Hybrid Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 3 - 8 Years Role : ServiceNow Developer Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our technology team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, integrations, ITSM modules, and application development. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. This role is suitable for professionals who enjoy working on enterprise ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, automation, and platform support. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. - Work with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements. - Translate functional requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations. - Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Notifications, and Scheduled Jobs. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer automations. - Configure forms, fields, lists, views, tables, notifications, and access controls. - Develop reusable scripts and components following ServiceNow development best practices. - Work on ServiceNow application development and platform enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues and production incidents. - Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. - Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods. - Work with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources, and other integration tools.
