$150,000–$160,000 + Super Full-time, Hybrid Sydney CBD This is an opportunity to lead major data centre projects within one of the fastest-growing areas of architecture, with responsibility across clients, teams and overall project performance. You’ll oversee mission-critical projects through design development, documentation and construction, keeping programme, consultant input, technical quality and client expectations aligned. The sector is highly serviced and operationally demanding, so the role gives you exposure to complex decision-making that goes well beyond standard architectural delivery. The position suits someone who is confident leading project teams, managing senior stakeholders and stepping in when technical or delivery issues need clear direction. You’ll work closely with design and technical leaders while taking ownership of the day-to-day running of projects. You’ll also have access to a wider international knowledge base through a global Critical Facilities network, with exposure to evolving approaches around resilience, energy demand, modular delivery and high-performance infrastructure.
