Senior Financial Analyst A global bank standing up its India technology and operations centre Location: Bengaluru, India — on-site About the Company A leading global bank is establishing its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build its finance function. You will be a senior voice on a team that owns the numbers a marquee institution runs on. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India. Role Overview As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead planning and analysis cycles end to end, owning the forecasts, board reporting, and deep-dive analysis that shape capital and cost decisions. Key Responsibilities Planning & Forecasting • Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning • Lead variance analysis and explain drivers to senior stakeholders • Build scenario and sensitivity models for major decisions Reporting & Review • Prepare board-level and leadership reporting packs • Partner with business heads on cost, headcount, and spend • Mentor junior analysts and raise the bar on reporting quality Ideal Candidate Profile • 5 to 10 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance • Advanced Excel modelling and confident stakeholder communication • A structured, detail-driven thinker comfortable with ambiguity • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications • Experience in banking, financial services, or a global GCC • CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance • Hands-on with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or a planning tool What We Offer • A senior finance seat at a global bank's India centre • Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement • Visibility with leadership and real decision impact • One application considered for this and future matched roles Hiring Process HR Screening → Assignment → Leadership Round 1 → Leadership Round 2 → Culture Fit
