About the Role

As our Engineering Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of people, product, and process. You won't just manage engineers — you'll cultivate careers, drive technical culture, and partner with product and design to ship software that handles the demands of the most demanding industry in the world.

You'll report directly to the CTO and have meaningful influence over how we build for the next decade. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 6–12 software engineers across frontend, backend, and platform — fostering a culture of craft, accountability, and psychological safety.
