As the business continues to evolve, we are looking for a visionary Senior Vice President - Growth & Marketing to lead customer acquisition, growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, brand acceleration, and revenue growth. This is a business-critical leadership role reporting directly to the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company's next phase of scalable and profitable growth. The Opportunity : We're looking for a growth leader who understands that sustainable growth is driven by the right balance of brand, performance marketing, product-led growth, CRM, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven experimentation. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled high-volume B2C consumer platforms, managed large marketing investments, and built high-performing teams that consistently deliver business outcomes. Key Responsibilities : - Growth Strategy : - Define and execute the company's end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referral, and monetization. - Identify new growth opportunities through data, customer insights, partnerships, and emerging digital channels. - Drive sustainable user, revenue, and market share growth. - Performance Marketing : - Lead large-scale digital acquisition across Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates, OEMs, Programmatic, and other paid channels. - Optimize marketing investments to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and customer profitability. - Build a high-performance marketing engine focused on measurable business outcomes. - Lifecycle Marketing & Retention : - Own CRM, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy. - Design personalized customer journeys across Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App communication. - Improve customer activation, repeat engagement, conversion, and lifetime value. - Product-Led Growth : - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to optimize user onboarding, conversion funnels, referrals, subscriptions, and monetization. - Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, personalization, and behavioral analytics. What We're Looking For : - 12-18 years of progressive experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or Product Growth. - Proven success leading growth for large-scale B2C Consumer Technology, Consumer Internet, Marketplace, E-commerce, Subscription, or Digital Platform businesses.
