Law and Motion Attorney

The Law and Motion Attorney will have a strong background in drafting pleadings and motions, with a deep understanding of civil litigation. This position requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to effectively draft a wide range of litigation documents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research to support the drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions and dispositive motions Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies Take complete ownership for assigned workload Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace Other duties as assigned 1+ years’ experience in civil litigation Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar Benefits Our law firm offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
