Your Mission Join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of major investment projects. In this role, you will coordinate procurement strategies, manage tendering processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective and timely project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise and procurement experience in a dynamic, international environment. Your Tasks: • Plan & Execute: Partner with the Head of Procurement to define and implement CapEx procurement strategies. • Lead Tendering: Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate competitive agreements with suppliers. • Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, project management, and finance to keep projects on schedule and within budget. • Manage Suppliers: Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies. • Handle Contracts: Draft, review, and monitor supplier agreements throughout the project lifecycle. • Drive Improvements: Identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance supplier performance. • Report & Present: Deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations for management decision-making. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. • Experience: Extensive procurement experience, ideally in capital equipment or project procurement. • Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of technical specifications, engineering drawings, and industrial production environments. • Competencies & Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities. • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). • Languages: Full proficiency in English and German.
