Sr Transformation Specialist

We're seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to own the operational planning infrastructure for the WFS Transformation Team and WFS BizOps.

This role is the single accountable driver for the goals - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field - 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level - Experience managing operational planning cycles (goal-setting, business reviews, status tracking) - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in business operations, program management, or operational planning roles - Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level documents, briefs, and goal language - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline - Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred), SharePoint, and executive communication formats
