Business Analyst - QlikSense

Role : Business Analyst Qlik Sense Job Description : We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4 years of experience in BI development, business requirements analysis, and Qlik Sense implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Qlik Sense dashboard development, scripting, data modeling, data transformation, and report optimization, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable and interactive insights. Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Design and develop interactive Qlik Sense dashboards and reports. - Create advanced Qlik Sense scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Develop effective data models and apply Set Analysis and Section Access. - Perform data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and dashboard optimization. - Manage Qlik Server activities including access, reloads, deployment, and support. - Work with Qlik extensions, Geo Analytics, N-Printing, and UI/CSS customization. - Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate project deliverables. - Present dashboards and analytical insights to senior stakeholders. - Support BI solutions across business functions and ensure data accuracy and usability. Mandatory Skills : - Qlik Sense, Qlik Sense Scripting, Data Modeling & Data Transformation, Set Analysis, Section Access, Dashboard & Report Development, Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis, SQL. Good to Have : - Power BI and DAX, Power Apps, Qlik N-Printing, Qlik Geo Analytics, Qlik Extensions, Qlik Server Administration, CSS/UI Customization, Agile/Scrum experience. Domain Experience : Experience in FMCG, Transportation, Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain, or related business domains will be an advantage. Candidate Profile : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to convert business requirements into effective BI solutions. - Comfortable working with both business and technical teams. - Strong focus on data accuracy, visualization, performance, and user experience.
