Senior Business Analyst, Specialty Lines

Our Business Analyst is responsible for providing analytical, operational, and project-based support to the teams within the Specialty Lines department. This role will also support the implementation and execution of Specialty strategy and annual business plan. The incumbent will work closely with the teams to develop and maintain operational frameworks, including strategic initiatives and key performance success measures. The incumbent will also specifically work with each of the Specialty Lines teams to monitor business, communication, and underwriting strategies and plans. Working in a collaborative team, there is opportunity to support additional projects created during the company structure change. The team will now work on business analytic projects that were the responsibility of the Sales & Distribution team. You will be well supported by a tight-knit team, who will do everything to help you succeed in this role! We want your talent!
