Logistics & Export Executive AM Trading India (Mongas Group) Location: WH-01, Main Road, 3rd Floor, Mayapuri Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110064 Employment Type: Full-time, in-office AM Trading India, part of the Mongas Group and a leading supplier of food-grade packaging paper to major brands across India and the UK, is hiring a Logistics & Export Documentation Executive to join a high-caliber team. Our current team includes graduates from institutions like SRCC, LSR, LBSIM, and IIT. We are looking for someone who matches that bar: sharp, confident, and able to own freight coordination, export documentation, and cross-team dispatch scheduling independently from day one. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate freight bookings and shipment schedules with freight forwarders and customs agents - Maintain accurate, up-to-date shipment and freight-cost records in Excel (tracking sheets, formulas) - Prepare and manage complete export documentation, ensuring customs compliance - Track shipments end-to-end and proactively flag delays or discrepancies - Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse, and finance teams for timely, accurate dispatch - Liaise confidently with multiple external stakeholders - freight forwarders, customs agents, clients Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight management, or export documentation (trading or manufacturing industry preferred) - Strong academic background from a NAAC A+/A++ accredited institution - Exceptional command of spoken and written English - Proficiency in MS Excel - data entry, tracking sheets, formulas - Confident, self-assured presence - able to coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders without hand-holding - Leadership potential - comfortable taking ownership and eventually guiding a small team Preferred (Not Mandatory): - Familiarity with the paper/board industry or commodity trading - Hands-on experience with export documentation and customs procedures Compensation: Negotiable - open to matching your current package for the right profile.
