Senior Recruiter: Leadership & Specialist Hiring Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3 - 6 years Company: Haus of Talent Haus of Talent is a boutique executive search firm working closely with a leading energy-transition-focused VC, its portfolio companies and select external clients. We hire across investments, fundraising, finance, sales, technology, strategy, business leadership, manufacturing, clean energy, deeptech and other emerging sectors. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter who can independently manage mandates from search strategy to candidate closure. This is not a CV-sourcing-only role. The recruiter must understand businesses and roles deeply, assess candidates effectively and represent Haus of Talent credibly with senior professionals and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand mandates and develop targeted search strategies. - Map relevant companies, sectors and candidate pools. - Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMJobs, referrals and direct outreach. - Conduct structured screening and candidate-assessment calls. - Evaluate experience, achievements, motivation, compensation, notice period and overall fit. - Prepare concise and factual candidate summaries for clients. - Manage interview coordination, feedback, candidate engagement and follow-ups. - Support compensation discussions, offer closure and joining management. - Maintain accurate candidate and mandate information in the CRM. - Build reusable talent pools and long-term candidate relationships. - Provide clients with structured pipeline updates and market feedback. - Independently manage multiple mandates and take ownership of closures. Requirements: - 3 - 6 years of recruitment or executive-search experience. - Experience handling mid-senior, leadership or specialised roles. - Strong sourcing, market-mapping and candidate-assessment capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Confidence interacting with senior candidates, founders and business leaders. - Strong ownership, attention to detail and follow-through. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. - Disciplined in maintaining CRM records and recruitment data. - Experience hiring across VC ecosystem, manufacturing, clean energy, deeptech or leadership roles would be preferred. - The role offers direct exposure to founders, investors and senior leaders, along with the opportunity to help build a high-quality boutique search firm.
