If you are passionate about software development and eager to be part of a growing software consultancy, we invite you to apply and join us on this exciting journey.Requirements • 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects • Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management • Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths • Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes • Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams • Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines) • Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams • Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting • Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives • Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies • Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams • Ability to overlap US business hours • Bachelor's degree required • Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables • Client-focused dedication to team commitments • Best practices knowledge and adherence • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Positive mindset and can-do attitude • Meticulous attention to detail Preferred Qualifications • PMP, CSM, or PSM certification • Experience on projects with regulatory or compliance requirements (e.g., legal sign-offs, statutory deadlines) • Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams Company Benefits • Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases. • Generous paid-time-off policy • Flexible working hours • Work remotely • Continuing education, training, conferences • Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications Being a consultant in our team is a fun, challenging, and rewarding career choice.
