Senior Manager/Director - Business Transformation - SaaS Technology

About the Role: Our client is a global SaaS technology company with 5,500+ employees and ~30,000 customers worldwide, including 60% of the Fortune 500. They are looking for a strategic, execution focused Business Transformation leader to drive high impact change across Sales, Marketing and enterprise operations. In this role, you will own strategic roadmaps and lead complex initiatives spanning process re-engineering, business case development, vendor selection, platform analysis, data migration, operating model design and system implementation, ideally within a SaaS or high growth environment. Key Responsibilities: - Shape strategic priorities and transformation roadmaps for Sales, Marketing and cross functional teams - Lead large scale transformation programs across process redesign, AI enabled solutions and operating model changes - Assess current state processes and systems to identify opportunities for measurable improvement - Partner with senior stakeholders to define target operating models and business cases - Design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance and scalability - Evaluate and support adoption of new technologies including cloud platforms and AI based solutions - Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and executive level communications - Drive change management, training and adoption plans Requirements: - 13-17 years leading digital transformation, AI led initiatives, strategic programs or enterprise process improvement - Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate strategy into execution - Track record of delivering cross functional transformation programs with measurable outcomes - Management consulting, SaaS, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations experience is a plus
