Senior Civil Designer We are currently partnering Australian property & infrastructure consultancy, who are looking for a Senior Civil Designer (12d) to be based in their Brisbane office. About the opportunity You would be responsible for coordinating all aspects of design and have the opportunity to build a team as the business continues to grow. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of integrated projects and enjoy diversity in your work. Main responsibilities include: • Driving project performance and service delivery through positive technical outcomes for the client • Proactively identify and resolve technical design issues with the client and wider design team and manage design interface. • Lead the compilation of tender documents, client reporting, and contract negotiations. • Liaise closely with industry and stakeholders to win work and continue business growth. • Collaborating with interstate teams and engineering professionals across the business. About you You will be an experience Civil Designer, with previous experience in land division projects in Australia. Ideally, you will enjoy mentoring junior members of the team and leading design with a technical approach. Essential requirements: • Experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy. • Relevant qualification with adequate industry experience. • Strong design capabilities, 12D, AutoCAD and DRAINS. • Ability and desire to lead a team.
