Billing Manager / Head - DGS Groups Builders And Developers

Company: DGS Groups Builders & Developers Designation : Billing Manager / Head Department: Civil / Projects Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Experience: 8–9 Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Developer Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and verify RA Bills, contractor bills & subcontractor bills • Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and measurements • Verify executed quantities at site as per drawings and BOQ • Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB) • Check contractor bills, work orders and billing quantities • Conduct material reconciliation and identify discrepancies • Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, Project & Accounts teams • Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation • Ensure timely certification and processing of project bills • Monitor variations, extra items and deviations from approved BOQ Requirements: • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering • 8–9 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction • Strong experience in billing, BOQ, quantity surveying and rate analysis • Experience in high-rise residential / developer projects preferred • Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD • Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills Apply: rahulpoddar@dgsgroup.co.in Contact: +91 +91 80973 68585
