Who We’re Looking For: We invite an experienced Technical Lead to join our ALM Domain for collaborating within Scrum teams. ALM Domain teams build platform-level tools and capabilities that support the full Application Lifecycle of Creatio applications.

This includes development and packaging frameworks, versioning, configuration management, delivery pipelines, testing, monitoring and alerting, building and integrating CI/CD tools, and lifecycle automation for internal teams and external customers/partners.

The focus is on making application development and delivery and maintenance on Creatio predictable, repeatable, and safe across environments.

Team composition: 3 Developers, 1 QA, 1 Technical Lead, 1 Agile Coach, 1 Product Owner Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes alongside the system architect and development team. Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code.

Support seamless product operation by addressing customer cases and ensuring system reliability. Continuously monitor and optimize development processes to enhance team productivity and quality. Drive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and best practices in software development.
