Optimization Manager Adyen is seeking a strategic and analytical Optimization Manager to join our Performance Optimization team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-funnel payment performance to drive tangible business impact and optimize merchant success at scale. You will act as a key partner to our merchants, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance their payment ecosystems. Success in this position requires a blend of excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Product, Commercial, and Data Analytics, within a fast-paced and global environment. The ideal candidate possesses deep payments expertise, a strong focus on risk and fraud prevention, and the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do Partner with commercial teams to drive Adyen’s value proposition and merchant adoption, using data-driven insights (with Data Analysts) to strengthen conversations Lead high-level customer discussions, enable commercial teams w
