Senior Software Engineer, Care Automation

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join this team and help shape the future of how these teams operate. You will contribute to building a strong technical foundation that will carry Toast through the next decade and beyond. In this role, you will design, build, and own backend services and integrations spanning Salesforce, billing systems, identity verification, and AI-enabled case management workflows. You will partner closely with Salesforce developers, operations stakeholders, and AI engineers to translate complex business processes into reliable, maintainable automation.
