About the Role Claude is one of the fastest-growing AI products in the world, with tens of millions of users worldwide relying on Claude across web, mobile, and desktop. As a Product Manager, Growth, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for Claude across measures such as acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth while maintaining our commitment to safety and beneficial AI. Responsibilities Develop and execute a product strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of Claude Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive growth across our product suite Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact growth initiatives Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives Balance rapid iteration with our commitment to AI safety and ethics Minimum Qualifications Strong analytical skills, and experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization Excellent communication and stakeholder manag
