About the role Anthropic runs on a home-grown internal employee collaboration platform, that Ants use every day to plan, coordinate, and get work done alongside Claude. Today it is a widely used tool. We want it to become the centerpiece of how Anthropic works: the surface where people, teams, and Claude agents collaborate, and a living demonstration of what an AI-native company looks like from the inside. You will be the first dedicated Product Manager for this platform, paired with a dedicated engineering team. You will own the product end to end: the vision for where it goes, the roadmap that gets it there, and the outcomes that prove it worked. The scope is company-wide, every employee is your customer, and the platform's success is a company-level goal, not a team-level one. "And more" is deliberate. As the platform matures, we expect it to inform how Anthropic shows enterprise customers what internal Claude adoption can look like, and potentially to shape external products.
