Tō tūranga hou | Your new role This is a key Project Manager opportunity leading a major customer-facing technology transformation programme. The role will oversee the replacement of an existing booking platform, delivery of a new website experience, and the integration of supporting backend systems and technologies. Working across both business and technology teams, you will help define business requirements, shape future-state processes, develop business cases, and drive delivery from planning through to implementation. You will manage vendors, engage senior stakeholders, oversee governance and financials, and ensure successful outcomes across a complex and highly visible programme of work. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, customer experience, and technology delivery. It offers the opportunity to influence delivery approaches, improve project maturity, and help shape a platform that has the potential to support wider services and customer channels in the future.
