Customer Service Representative

Bitarchitects is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field who enjoys communicating with people, assisting with inquiries, and providing professional support. What You'll Do

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Provide clear and helpful responses while addressing questions and requests. Review and qualify incoming inquiries, gather project details, and coordinate calls with the appropriate team members when further discussion is needed.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, communications, and follow-up activities. Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation, and maintaining organized records. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field is preferred. Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach. Ability to listen, understand needs, and handle inquiries effectively. Fluent in English. Work Arrangement: Fully remote work.
