Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Operating system • Windows Your responsibilities • Administer and maintain network, server and cloud infrastructure. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve incidents. • Implement infrastructure improvements and ensure system reliability. • Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity activities. • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune. • Manage user identities, cloud resources and endpoint services. • Ensure the secure and reliable operation of Microsoft cloud technologies. • Manage firewalls, VPN connectivity and infrastructure security. • Support ISO 27001 compliance and security best practices. • Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with external technology partners. • Support business-critical applications, SQL-based systems and telephony services. • Ensure the availability and reliability of production environments. Our requirements • 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration or Cloud Operations. • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. • Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, VPNs and firewall administration. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership. • English at C1 level. Optional • Microsoft or Cisco certifications. • Experience with SQL Server administration. • PowerShell scripting skills. • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. • ITIL Foundation or ISO 27001 experience.
