Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of the new platform architecture — from legacy systems to modern stacks • Build and integrate AI-powered features into the core product • Collaborate directly with leadership on architecture decisions, technical priorities, and product roadmap • Set code standards, review practices, and engineering culture on a small team • Own integrations with external APIs and third‑party systems • Maintain business continuity during migration phases — zero downtime wherever possible Must-Haves • Full-stack proficiency: strong backend (Node.js, Python, or equivalent) AND frontend (React or Vue) — required • Demonstrable experience replatforming or migrating legacy systems to modern architectures • AI-first workflow: regular use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) in day‑to‑day development • REST API design, relational database design, and SQL • Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS or Azure) • Ability to operate with genuine ownership in a lean, low-process team Nice to Have • Experience with the hospitality industry or B2B SaaS products • Microservices or event-driven architecture experience • Familiarity with observability tooling: Datadog, Sentry, or equivalent • Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or AI agents in production • Technical English sufficient for documentation and corporate team communication Who This Is NOT For Junior or early‑career developers — this role requires genuine mid-senior depth Specialists: pure frontend engineers, pure backend engineers, or pure data engineers Candidates who haven't shipped production code recently or who rely on heavy team scaffolding Anyone who views AI coding tools as a threat rather than a multiplier Business Unit Avance Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Number of Openings Available 1 Worker Type Regular Career Site More About Jonas Software More About Jonas Software Jonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few.
