Key Responsibilities • Deploy and integrate software and security solutions into diverse enterprise ecosystems. • Develop full‑stack software components, enhancements, automation scripts, and custom integrations tailored to client environments. • Collaborate closely with product, R&D, support, and client engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges. • Utilize advanced development tools and intelligent assistance to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment tasks. • Capture and codify deployment best practices, playbooks, and reusable engineering patterns. • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical contributors. Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with demonstrated success in customer‑facing deployments. • Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles. • Experience with AI‑integrated development tools (such as Claude Code, VS Code with Copilot). • Strong ability to craft effective prompts for large language models (LLMs) to boost productivity across common software engineering tasks like boilerplate generation, refactoring, and testing. • Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for extending LLMs to external data sources (strong plus). • Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Foundational understanding of network security. • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to support and mentor engineering team members. Preferred Qualifications • Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise. • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Deep familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical projects or consultations. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments.
