Senior Graphic & Visual Designer

Its intelligent procurement platform simplifies sourcing, booking, and managing housing for global enterprises, relocation companies, and insurance carriers. It delivers speed, control, and cost-efficiency at scale. The company is at a post-PMF, seed-funded stage with a team of 14 and growing fast. It operates at the intersection of AI technology and corporate housing logistics. A collaborative, customer-first culture drives everything the team builds. Position Overview This role owns the company's visual identity across every customer and stakeholder touchpoint — from performance marketing creatives and social content to sales collateral. Working directly with the marketing and growth team, the designer will translate complex platform capabilities into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and support revenue. Role & Responsibilities • Design digital assets for paid campaigns, social media, ad channels, and blog graphics that establish brand identity and drive measurable engagement • Produce sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and marketing collateral that support deal closure and stakeholder communication • Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity system across digital, print, and external communications • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into visual concepts and campaign assets • Create light video edits, dynamic GIFs, and short motion graphics for promotional campaigns, product updates, and social channels • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality output within startup timelines Must Have Criteria • 5+ years of graphic/visual design experience in a fast-growing tech startup or digital agency • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — Photoshop and Illustrator • Hands-on experience with Figma and Canva for collaborative and rapid design workflows • Demonstrated experience with video editing tools — Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut/Descript — for motion graphics, clip trimming, captioning, b-roll assembly, and short animations • Proven ability to design narrative-driven presentation decks using Google Slides or PowerPoint • Strong fundamentals in layout composition, grid systems, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand work across digital marketing and presentation design (mandatory for application) • Hands-on proficiency with Generative AI image and design workflows using tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, or Firefly to accelerate concepting and visual production Nice to Have • Basic understanding of design principles and light web design skills • Experience with interactive media, basic animation, or dynamic social formats (Reels and Shorts) • Prior exposure to an enterprise-facing design role What We Offer • High creative autonomy with direct ownership of the company's visual voice and brand identity • Opportunity to shape brand presence from an early stage with visible, company-wide impact
