Job Responsibilities Assist with daily finance and accounting operations. Process invoices, payments and other financial transactions accurately and promptly. Perform data entry and maintain proper financial records and documentation. Assist with account reconciliations and the preparation of financial reports.

Support month-end closing activities and other finance-related processes. Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters. Assist in resolving discrepancies and following up on outstanding transactions. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Finance team.

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines. Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles. Meticulous, organised and able to work with numbers accurately. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
