Senior Business Analyst with SharePoint for EU Institution Luxembourg

: You will be part of a structured team in charge of implementing and evolving a broad portfolio of digital collaboration platform based on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. As Business Analyst you will bring your strong experience in analysis, validation, prioritisation and documentation of business and functional requirements. You will support the definition and modelling of business processes, workflows, user journeys, use cases and operating models and translate business needs into clear, consistent and implementable functional specifications. Your qualifications: • Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of MS Sharepoint • Experience in gathering requirements and business analysis • Minimum 5 years experience in implementation of Document centric, workflow-based projects • Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management information architecture (IA) • Experience of MS Office 365 and Power BI • Skilled in BPMN 2.0 for process modelling and annotation • Experience in defining governance and operating model for target process • Experience in guiding teams through transitions and fostering adoption of new processes and tools. • Excellent communication and writing skills Our offer: A particularly attractive salary package, with many additional benefits, to attract the best of you.
