Les missions du poste s'organisent autour d'une structuration progressive et d'un pilotage de projet rigoureux : - Transformation des programmes en projets
- Élaboration des prévisions financières
- Analyse et ventilation des heures
- Accompagnement du plan de charge (avec consolidation en amont des FTE)
- Mise en œuvre de l'outil Dynamo (remplacement / évolution d'Excel)
- Création de dashboards Excel / Power BI
- Gestion du planning sous Primavera
- Congés payés et RTT
- Prise en charge partielle des frais de transport
- Prime vacances
- Prime de cooptation
- Mutuelle pris en charge à 60%
- Titre restaurant
- Rémunération selon profil
