We're Hiring | Associate Director - Performance Marketing I'm hiring for an Associate Director - Performance Marketing to lead end-to-end Performance Marketing and Growth across App and Web for PrepLadder. PrepLadder is an established digital learning platform focused on helping students prepare for competitive medical and other professional entrance examinations through structured courses, high-quality learning content, test preparation and expert-led education. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has built and scaled large customer acquisition engines and is comfortable owning significant budgets, growth metrics and business outcomes. What You'll Own: - Own the overall Performance Marketing strategy and growth roadmap across App and Web - Manage and optimize a 30 Cr+ performance marketing budget, with ownership of CAC, ROAS, LTV and revenue growth - Lead large-scale mobile app acquisition, re-engagement and retention initiatives - Drive attribution, event tracking, deep linking and campaign measurement - Scale full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Affiliate Networks - Continuously optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives, budgets and conversion funnels - Build, mentor and lead a high-performing Performance Marketing / Growth team - Partner closely with Product, Analytics and Creative teams to drive experimentation and growth - Identify and scale high-performing campaigns and creative assets to deliver sustainable growth We're Looking For: - Strong experience in Performance Marketing and Growth, ideally across both App and Web - Proven experience managing 30 Cr+ performance marketing budgets - Deep hands-on experience in Mobile App Marketing and Attribution - Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution and funnel optimization - Experience across Google, Meta, ASA and Affiliate Marketing - Strong knowledge of AppsFlyer, Firebase, Amplitude and GA4 - Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration - Strong analytical and data-driven approach - Strong bias towards experimentation, execution and scaling what works Location: - Bengaluru | Work Mode: In-office
