Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js

Full Stack Developer (.NET + React) Location : Pune / Mumbai / Hybrid Experience : 5+ Years Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET/Core and React.js to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, building robust APIs, and delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core/.NET and React.js. - Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams. - Optimize application performance, security, and reliability. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support. - Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture. - Work in Agile/Scrum environments and actively participate in sprint activities. Required Skills : 1. Backend : - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web API - Experience with Entity Framework/EF Core - Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture - Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Dependency Injection 2. Frontend : - Strong experience with React.js - Hands-on experience with : a. React Hooks b. Redux/Context API c. JavaScript ES6+ d. HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap e. API Integration 3. Database : - SQL Server - Stored Procedures - Query Optimization - Database Design 4. DevOps & Tools : - Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps - CI/CD Pipelines - Swagger/Postman Preferred Skills : - Experience with Azure Cloud Services - Docker and Kubernetes - Kafka/Event-Driven Architecture - Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit) - Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth) Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Candidate Profile : - 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience. - Strong hands-on development experience in both frontend and backend technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience working in enterprise-scale applications.
