Global People Operations Manager

People Operations is the operational and employee experience engine of Cint 's People function. In this global leadership role, you will own the services, processes and infrastructure that support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. This is equal parts operational leadership and transformation.

You will make sure the fundamentals - employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, data, policies, documentation and benefits - work brilliantly, while building a more scalable, technology-enabled operating model.

Working across People Partnering, Talent, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and People Technology, you will simplify how work gets done and decide what belongs in self-service, automation or AI, and where human judgement and specialist expertise add the greatest value.

What you will do Employee Support & ER: Lead a responsive, high-quality first line of People support, with clear service levels, effective case management and risk-based escalation. Build the team's capability to resolve a broader range of standard Employee Relations matters confidently and consistently.

Simple, Scalable Processes: Own and continuously improve core employee-lifecycle processes, the People knowledge hub, policies and guidance. Create simple ownership, handoffs and escalation paths, balancing global consistency with local requirements.

Trusted Systems & Data: Own the operational performance of our HRIS and People data, strengthening accuracy, controls and governance. Partner with People Technology on workflows, integrations and system improvements that work for employees and the business.

AI, Automation & Self-Service: Build effective ticketing, knowledge and self-service experiences. Redesign work before automating it, introduce AI-enabled workflows where they create genuine value, and measure the impact through exper
