Our platform runs the full lab workflow — from order booking and specimen tracking through result reporting, patient engagement, billing, and inventory — for physician office labs, hospital labs, reference labs, and direct-to-consumer testing companies.

We are HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, and growing quickly in the US market. The Role When a lab signs with CrelioHealth , you are the person who turns that signature into a running lab.

You will own client onboarding end to end: planning the implementation, configuring the rollout with our product and support teams, training lab staff, managing the go-live, and making sure the client is delighted enough to expand and refer. You are the face of CrelioHealth from kickoff to steady state.

This is not a sales role. You carry no quota and you will never cold-call. But onboarding is where trust is built, and trust is where growth comes from.

We want someone who can confidently present the platform, handle a skeptical lab director, and spot the moment a client is ready for another module or another location — and who earns incentives when those opportunities convert.
